Due to different licensing conditions, we provide two different sections:

free section
All packages, both source and binary, are freely available for download. Note that the software contained in these packages have their own licensing conditions; be sure that you read and understand the terms.
non-free section
Due to licensing restrictions, these packages are provided as nosource RPMs only, meaning that you'll need to download sources from a vendor location, and rebuild them (see "Rebuilding nosrc RPMs" page for details).

The package directories are available for direct browsing, however, we strongly recommend that you use an automated package management tool, such as yum (or up2date on Fedora Core), apt or, urpmi. We really don't want to reinvent the wheel when there are multiple wonderful tools out there that will handle all the dependencies for you automatically.
